Roles

We are the controller for data about you as a customer and user of the service.

For athlete data you enter into your events, you are the controller and we are the processor. A data processing agreement is signed together with the license.

What data is processed

We process the following categories:

• —Account data: email address and login credentials
• —Event data: event name, heats, lanes and settings
• —Athlete data: name, class, format, race number, start times and results
• —Technical data required to keep you signed in and run the service

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to deliver the service under our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations, and on the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure and functional.

Public views

If you enable the TV view or participant view, start lists and results for that event become available to anyone with the link. You control whether sharing is on or off.

Storage and deletion

Operational event and participant data is purged 90 days after the event access period ends, normally the event date plus 120 days. You are warned in the app 14 days in advance and can export the data before then.

Accounting, order, payment, consent, withdrawal and audit records are kept separately for as long as the law requires and are not covered by the event data purge.

Account data is deleted when the account is closed.

Sub-processors

The service runs on cloud providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage and system email.

Lovable Labs Incorporated is a processor for Lovable Cloud hosting/deployment of the published app and for transactional and system email. Data categories are account data, app and event data, technical logs and email/delivery metadata to the extent the service processes them. Processing or transfer outside the EEA is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required. See lovable.dev/data-processing-agreement and lovable.dev/privacy.

ImprovMX is used for inbound email forwarding for support@simrace.dev. The provider processes sender and recipient address, subject line and routing/delivery metadata, and message content temporarily until the message has been forwarded. The provider's standard logs may be retained for up to 7 days. See improvmx.com/privacy.

Google (Gmail) is the destination mailbox for inbound support messages. Support content and email/delivery metadata are processed under Google's applicable terms and privacy policy. See policies.google.com/privacy.

Complaints
