List of sub-processors that process personal data for COMPCTRL. Only verified entries are published here.
Hosting and system email
Provider: Lovable Labs Incorporated. Purpose: Lovable Cloud hosting and deployment of the published app, and transactional and system email. Data category: account data, app and event data, technical logs and email/delivery metadata to the extent the service processes them. Processing or transfer outside the EEA is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Data processing agreement: lovable.dev/data-processing-agreement. Privacy policy: lovable.dev/privacy.
Database, authentication and storage
Provider: Supabase, Inc. Purpose: database, authentication and file storage for the service. Data category: account, event and participant data. Hosting region: EU.
Inbound support email
Provider: ImprovMX. Purpose: inbound email forwarding for support@simrace.dev. Data category: sender and recipient address, subject line and routing/delivery metadata, and message content temporarily until the message has been forwarded. The provider's standard logs may be retained for up to 7 days. More information: improvmx.com/privacy.
Provider: Google (Gmail). Purpose: destination mailbox for inbound support messages. Data category: support content and email/delivery metadata. Processing follows Google's applicable terms and privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Payments
Providers: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and Stripe Technology Europe, Limited. The applicable entity is used depending on the Stripe service for the Swedish/EEA-based account. Purpose: card payments and payment confirmation. Data category: payment and order data. Payment details are handled by the provider, not by COMPCTRL.
