Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Here is how it works and how to submit a request.
Who has the right
The right of withdrawal applies to purchases made as a consumer. It does not apply to business purchases, where rights regarding faults still apply.
The period
The period is 14 days from confirmation of the purchase. The Withdraw purchase button is shown throughout the period, regardless of whether you have used the service.
If delivery has already started
Because you requested before payment that delivery begins immediately, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already delivered. The right ends when the service has been fully performed.
How to do it
Sign in and go to Company and account, Purchases and events. Select the order and click Withdraw purchase. A reason is optional.

What happens next
We confirm that the request has been received and register the case. The case gets a clear status and is assessed manually. Any refund is then made to the original payment method.
